Heather Bennett
Heather Bennett serves as the Deputy Superintendent for Round Lake Area Schools CUSD #116, where she has dedicated over two decades of service to the district and its families. Heather is deeply invested in the success and well-being of the community she proudly considers home. In her current role, Heather provides strategic leadership and support across all areas of the district, with a primary focus on communications, community outreach, safety, operations, transportation, and construction management.
Beyond her professional achievements, Heather is a devoted wife and mother of two daughters. She values family, integrity, and service - principles that guide her work and daily life. Known for her authenticity and unwavering commitment, Heather holds the RLAS-116 community close to her heart and continues to advocate for programs and policies that promote safety, inclusivity, and excellence in education.
She is a proud alumna of RLAS-116 (Class of 1995), holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from National Louis University and a Master of Arts in Communications from Southern New Hampshire University.
